This book was a waste of my time and my money. After reading this book, I have no clue how to unlock the power of my lymphatic system. Fortunately for me, I learned about lymph massage a while back in searching for homeopathic remedies for my sick body.
The author is a HUGE fan of Edgar Cayce. That's it, period. He was a psychic who gave medical readings. The author, Elaine Hruska rewrites portions of those catalogued readings.
You will not learn about the lymphatic system here or how to care for the lymphatic system through through diet, exercise and massage.
