Trouble Trollie Toady devises a new evil plan-to steal the Trollies' fun He sends Buck, a Trouble Trollie, to discover what fun means in Trollieland. Buck learns that parties, especially birthday parties, are the most fun of all. The Trollies, realizing Buck never had a birthday, throw him a surprise party. But when Toady comes to check, the Trollies trick him by pretending to be miserable. Fooled, Toady leaves, unknowingly allowing Buck to stay and enjoy the party. In the end, Buck experiences joy and friendship, proving that fun and kindness can outsmart even the meanest schemes.
