The stories inside the book are wonderful! The imagery is beautiful and the lessons at the end are a great way to teach children. I love the pillowed design of the book covers. Definitely purchase this book - just buy it elsewhere! This listing claims the books are in "good" condition yet I received a book that was damaged, with the cover peeling off, writing inside the book, the front page torn out of the book, water damage inside the front and back of the book and mold spots in the back of the book from the water damage.

I had this as a kid and loved it. I didnt even remember the name but found it off a description. So glad to have found it! Brings back so many memories.

I Love the book Treasury of Virtues because it is a great book for children and there is a pitcher on every page. The pitchers are great and have details. The storys teach you something and it even teaches me something and i am nine years old.

The book comes with a sturdy, padded cover, and gilded pages. Sure to be an heirloom for generations to come. I was sad to learn that this beautiful book of virtues is "out of print". I had planned to purchase several as gifts.
