This book is a knock off of "Leadership Coaching by Tony Stoltzfus".

The training scenarios are the same, not even the names have been changed... save your money. The author is wordy for the sake of filling the page, I felt like skipping pages because of the repetitiveness... but kept reading until the plagiarism became completely undeniable.... what a waste.... his website is no longer available either.

This book represents an accurate and concise overview of a very revolutionary approach to the life coaching model. The author brings an effective, ethical and natural flow to coaching that far surpasses some of the more esoteric models that exist in the coaching industry. The good news is that transformational coaching works. The even better news is that you can learn the process. A must read for coaches and leaders looking to take their influence and leadership to the next level.

Being a teacher and university professor for many years, he has discovered that transformation happens experiencially, rather than through a lecture or seminar, and hence started TLC. This book brings out the important aspects of coaching, and coaching is about empowered and transforming questions that seeks to bring out the best in a person. I believe this book comes at a time where the impact of seminars is declining, as people often walk away from a seminar inspired, but soon after reverts back to their normal way of life. This book is a great read, but better still is to join the programme and be transformed through the process of being coached, and also learning to coach others.
