This book was very insightful and helpful although it was condensed it provided a great over view and easy reading for a summer class.

This is a world history in one concised book with many helpful illustrations, and easy language. The price is unblievably low, and the delivery was just on time.

I ordered this book for my daughter. She only expected the text book but also received a workbook to go with it. Also, I could not find way to ask for expedited mailing, which we wanted, but the book came priority mail in three days. Thanks so much. You did a great job.

Well, I bought this book for my History class. You really have to give this author some credit. He wrote the whole damn book by himself. Now that is quite a feat to undertake. Most textbooks have multiple authors, but Felipe Fernadez Armesto has the audacity to do it all by himself. That very respectable. And he did a pretty darn good job, if I might say so. I like how he included lots of maps throughout when writing about specific areas/cultures. I was going to sell the book, but I decided to keep it. I only read it once, and it was very interesting, so I'll have to read it again. I like books like that. That allure me into reading them again and again. Books that I possess, but they also possess me. LOL. Some say I'm crazy, but when it comes to good books, I am crazy about them. Get this book. Let it possess you.
