Wanna get mentally tough(er), this book does a lot of good!

I haven't yet implemented any of the routines/advice mentioned in this book but it appears to be the right advice. The explanations are very concise and succinct, with many psychological readiness assessments in every chapter to be filled in by the reader/competitor with examples of other athelets provided. The only hitch is that it may be a touch difficult to draw up one's schedules for practising mental skills considering the availability of so much info. in the book. Nevertheless, I'm certainly encouraged by it.
