This companion to Dr. Cardinal's earlier "The 10 Commandments of Self-Esteem" is excellent. Her writing again makes memorable rules that are clear and incisive. Both people with relationship problems and young people wanting guidance for their future behavior will quickly find it an important reference. I would suggest its use as a school text, as well.
