Spiritual Guide for the Mid-Life Crisis

When I was in the middle of my midlife Crisis my friend, Dec, gave me this book. It was immensely helpful. It is a very personal and spiritual book written by a very good Catholic Theologian full of literary and psychological quotes and insights. It is short and an easy read; therefore appropriate for that crisis when you are low on energy, hope, time and everything. Thank you to a fine priest and author. I keep recommending it, and gently give it as a gift to those I consider might benefit from it. I do not give the copy with my personal annotations!
