I'm not a big reader but once you start reading this book you can't stop. He has so many heathy advice. We all know what is bad food but do we really know how they work in our body. His book makes so much sense that you want to keep reading it. I read the book like 6 months ago and I'm still feelling great. I get off the wagon once in a while for food but I'm still keeping my weight off. This book is the best!!!

I am a certified trainer and fitness advocate and was very impressed with this book. The Path to Phenomenal Health was a book that covered so much more than the usual techical side of nutrition. The author added numerous references to the psychology of chosing sound nutrition as a lifestyle. I found myself jotting down notes in my journal and also highlighting all kinds of points that were poignant and well made. There were loads of easy to understand analogies and stories. After reading Sam Graci's book, I felt I had read "the lastest" information on healthly eating. People new to nutrition or seasoned veterans will enjoy it!
