Fascinating, well-made book. Very entertaining.

This book was fun reading -- or should I say, browsing, because that's what I found myself doing. I would thumb through the book at random, finding interesting facts. The pictures that accompany the timeline are the book's streingth, though. The book is excellently designed, and the pictures alone are worth the price of the book. It would make a great gift for anyone who is either historically or visually oriented.
