We really love this book. My husband has lots of health problems and he was told to use plenty of vegetable juices. We did not have any experience with this and this book gave us all the info we needed to get started. Would recommend to anyone who wants to make their own juices.

We have tried several of the juice drinks and they are delicious, but also very hydrating and filling. Because we're an on-the-go couple, the juice drinks are perfect to be sure we get our veggies and vitamins!
