Charming adventure story for kids

The themes in this remind me a lot of the Worst Witch series which my kids love! The story moves right along with no boring parts, and grabs you and keeps you wanting to know what is next. We listened to this unabridged on CD on the way to the beach and it really filled the time! The CD version is called Rhianna and the Wild Magic.

Enchanting book

This is an enchanting adventure story for younger children (5+) -- full of magic, a young heroine to root for, and just enough suspense to keep children guessing and eagerly awaiting what comes next without being too scary. Definitely not for Harry Potter fans. It's far too tame. But it's a very nice read for kids who aren't quite ready for more serious suspense, but enjoy a good story and a little magic.

I must say, that it is one of the best books I've ever read, and if you like magic, it is a must! I had finished it in 1 1/2 hours, and I can only read good books that fast. Rhianna has trouble doing things, just like everyone else, and that is only one of the good things about her. This helps you get to know the character you are reading about. I would advise that you read this book.

1. She isn't perfect and messes up somtimes. Like real people. 2. She wears an amazing pendent that contains all her magic. 3. She goes to magic school. 4. She gets to fight a dragon!
