Well, as you can guess by the title I used for this review, I am not a business genius. I'm just like many people who start their own company. I needed help and I got it, from this book, "The Entrepreneur's Business Law Handbook." Sean P. Melvin helped me understand so many aspects of being an entrepreneur, which is what all self-employed people are. His precise, no nonsense approach was refreshing compared to other business books I had read. I especially found the section on incorporation very helpful.I have no legal background, so I appreciated Mr. Melvin's approach to the material. I would STRONGLY recommend this book to anyone who wants to start a business, or even those who already have their own business. I've bought several copies of the book already and have given it to fellow business associates. Buy the book; you won't regret it. Plus it's a business deduction... :)
