This is Jerry Cornelius the not-Harlequin. A post apocalyptic setting, and with this you do not have much high concept music or any other artforms at all, as the title seems to suggest. Jerry again has to reinvent himself to fit into this new lower tech society, and to deal with his antagonists, still.
