I have had this book on my bookshelf for years & take it out every Christmas with my other Christmas books. Have done this since 2002, when I bought it. From the cover, I didn't think I was going to enjoy it that much. Well this year, I looked it up in here and saw it had 5 stars so decided to read it. I was enthralled with the book from the very beginning to the end. Stayed up too late at night reading as it is a page turner. This book is more than a historical romance, it is also a suspense book. I will read this one again & again.
I read this book every Christmas!

This story of twins who switch places is full of escapades and intrigue that kept me rivited from the beginning. I pull it out every December and read it again - then lend it to my mom who does the same!

From the back covers of the two books: Annabelle Miss Annabelle Kelland thought pretending to be her twin Rosabelle would be easy, but London Society had some unexpected pitfalls - one was Giles Stanton, heir to the Ordway fortune! The other was the danger that threatened Rosabelle... Roseabelle Miss Rosabelle Ordway had to leave London, and thankfully her twin Annabelle agreed to take her place, but pretending to be Annabelle, running a country estate, was almost beyond her. Certainly Mr Philip Winbolt very soon suspected something was amiss! A Regency delight!
