Entertaining Highland romance

This is a fun read. It's a romance between the beautiful daughter of a wealthy English earl and a strong Scotsman. After what passes for a marriage of convenience for both of them--he is said to need an heiress and she wants independence from her family--they settle in his rough castle in the remote Scottish Highlands. They both have a lot to learn, in this character-driven novel. Well written and surprisingly poignant.
