On orders from Duke Cesare Borgia, Leonardo exposes a necromancer as a fraud, which implicates a noble family in the plot to murder cardinals and is finally released from his contract to the Duke. They plant evidence of their thievery and murders to implicate him while at the same time an assassin is waiting for the order to kill him.
