Ms. Dunung writes with concise insight, practical advice and information of the common experiences of all entrepreneurs, obviously drawn from the knowledge of her own life experiences. For me, this book will be on my office bookshelf for continuing reference and troubleshooting since each chapter not only addresses the basics of every conceivable issue I may face as a new business owner. In addition, Ms. Dunung's words are not only informative, but also supportive and inspirational, much like those of a mentor or coach, offering encouragement from someone who's been there!
