Best Stats Learning Book Ever

I have taken a stats class before and have skimmed quite a few textbooks on the subject while teaching myself factor analysis for school, but nothing even compares to this book. Heinz Kohler introduces you immediately to practical Stats application rather than just theory, and what's more his explanations are clear, simple, and often quite ingenious. Truly a pleasure to read and learn from. If you are taking a stats class and are as hopelessly lost as I have been this is the remedy for you.

I was scared to death about the upcoming statistics course...I had the feeling that it would be very difficult for me to learn about the concepts and inference in statistics. Our teacher introduced the book to us during the first day and told us that he and his co-workers were very satisfied with the new book and that the old one "Aczler" were not as good as this one. And I totally agree with him (afterwards i should say). The layouts and the structure in the chapters are so easy to follow and best of all was that the english wasn't at all that hard to cope with. Statistics never became a problem for me! I was amased how easy Kohler made statistics a very interesting and easy subject. We used the book throughout our 20 points-course and it is clearly one of the best business books that we have had during our MBA in Economics. Tnx Mr Kohler
