The Authors of this book know what they are talking about. One of my favorite segments is on how to develop your personal Bill of Rights. This is a powerful exercise and it really does help establish a healthy, personal relationship standard. This book is for anyone who has ever been betrayed by a friend, neighbor, spouse, or business partner. It offers spiritual healing tips that I find invaluable. Thank you Fay and Bettyanne for writing such a wonderful book - Shattered helps us (as readers) recognize the unhealthy relationships in our lives and offers powerful steps to stop and or change the negative cycles.
