This book is a fraud, it does not have any recipes on how to make any of the sausages, and the entire book is filled with pictures and explanations from what country each sausage came from! That’s about it!!! Just at the end of the book they have few recipes on how to use three or four kinds of sausages in a recipe, that’s about it!!! What a waste of money. I would have returned the book but it would cost me half the price for shipping… I was really, really upset that I wasted my money on this book!!
