The title of the review says it all-- it's a cute book, well-suited for the 8-12 age group. Pick it up for your daughter, relative or young neighbor who likes figure skating. Older skating fans, however, will be displeased with the technical innacuracies of the figure skating described (ie, one of the girls attempts five jumps in the short program, and most of the technical descriptions are either glossed over or left out). In other words, if you're looking for a good read for an elementary schooler, this is a good bet. If you're a figure skating fan, you'll want to look elsewhere.
