This is a Clean Romance, and this is the second book in the Jade Valley, Wyoming series. I have not read to first book in this series, but I do not think that hurt my reading of this book. To sum up this book ... it is about a Grumpy Man that has lost so much finds a sweet woman that smiles and looks on the bright side of everything. I loved the characters in this book. I loved seeing Gavin learn to love and smile again. I felt Gavin's ex needed to be locked up because who does that to their child. Maya is a great character and the perfect match for Gavin. I wish the characters told each how they where feeling and talked more during this book. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
