Very helpful for families coping with cancer

This remarkable book is bound to help many, many families who are touched by cancer, especially families with young children. While some children's books on cancer contain too much information that might frighten or confuse young kids, this book tells them just what they need to know. The story stands out for several reasons: -It is appropriate even for very young children. -It gives kids an idea of what to expect if Mom faces cancer, but in a way that is manageable and even humorous. -It gives children a sense of control by showing how they can help. (The main character makes his mom lunch and helps her pick out her funny wig.) -The illustrations are upbeat and hopeful.
