I've only been in direct sales for 2 years. I just joined a new company and really wanted to take off with this ground floor opportunity. I started doing a lot of reading, and of the 5 books I purchased, this is the one I keep going back to. LOTS and LOTS of ideas and suggestions. You can't (And don't want to) do them all, but grerat ideas for every kind of product you sell- I sell games, I found lots of ideas that I was abe to use. I used to sell kitchenware and she has some JUST for that! She's great. I plan on ordering more of her books- the oneS in my cart right now are: Hanf=g up Your Phone Phobia and Alphabet Deeds. Of all the books I've read on running a direct sales business, this is by far THE best. Written with a sprinkling of humor and just plain good common sense, there are TONS of ideas that are useable, not just theoretic! Her principles apply to any company that uses a home demonstration to promote sales/bookings.
Five stars is not high enough for this book!!!

I have been doing direct sales for almost ten years and have yet to come across a book as fabulous as this one!!! I came away with so many ideas from this book. Christie not only hits the mark with her TWIST on SOUR SITUATIONS but she gives the reader wonderful ideas on how to make your presentations/demos more fun & productive. Her ideas are all focused on how to make your business more customer oriented to increase not only your sales, but your datings. This book is a MUST for anyone doing direct sales. I cannot say enough great things about this book.Being only around 100 pages, it is an easy, quick read. But believe me, it is packed with great ideas!!!
