Bittersweet

Watching the movie is nothing like reading the book. In the book you expect this Disney version with all around happiness, but that is not the case. I prefer the book because it is raw and Peter’s character is written well. His actions, moods, and words are well said for a boy who refuses to grow up. The ending is worth the read. I loved this book.

Childrens version

When I bought this, I didn't see that it was a kid's version, so I ended up giving it to my nephew and he said he liked it.

metzger in action

the book was quite good. expecialy for a childrens book the charitars came to life in an instant and it felt like you were there with them on their many adventures. and some thing elts that impressed me was just how dark the book was whitch is why i think that the book was so mutch better than the movie. i recomend this book to evoryone i can.

Pure beauty

This book tells the original story that started the Pan legend before TV and movies hooked it into something else. The story remains timeless as expected of a classic, but this time awesome new illustrations by Raquel Jaramillo will send parents and children to Neverland in spite of the cost. Computer graphics enhance the illustrator's classy depictions and add to the wonder of a tale that remains ageless and beautiful. The youngster inside all of us will love this great rendition that the author would have loved to read and show to his friend's children.Harriet Klausner

Nothing else like it

I have always loved Peter Pan, but I've never seen any version of it that comes close to this one. Unbelievably beautiful art (or is it photography?) in a really lavish coffee table book. You actually believe children fly. Loved it. Five stars all the way.
