"A Kaleidopops Book: Oceans" makes for a fun and educational reading/browsing experience, and is perfect for preschoolers and up. There are three books in the series [the other two are "Wild Animals" and "Bugs"] and this particular book focuses on Oceans. Each page opens to reveal not just vibrant illustrations of ocean life, but also lenticular pop-ups that will fascinate young readers whilst serving to educate them about the wonders of the ocean. Amongst some of the things covered here [they are brief, and not in-depth, but perfectly pitched for the target age group, i.e. 4-8] are the color-changing features of some sea creatures, those residing in the depths of the ocean, reef inhabitants, venomous sea creatures, those that use camouflage etc. A fun and educational book that will interest young readers in the wonders of ocean life.
