Still the source for learning the principles of being an NCO

This book has always been required reading and for good reason, it really describes what it means to be in command. Being a good leader isn't just about barking our D & C. Its about preparing your troops each and every day, leading by example, and trying to keep everyone safe. Great reading and a good book.
