this book hits the mark - it's clear - it's insightful - and effective in helping people process their grief. the bible references thoughtfully engage the reader in meaningful meditation with God, in one's grief.

After losing a daughter in an auto accident, I looked for answers in grief recovery books. Of course I didn't find any answers, but I found the best little book of comfort. I now buy this book in bulk and give to friends after a loss of a loved one. It walks you through all the stages of grief and provides short readings you can leave and come back to. The book is pricesless.

I received this book as a gift after the death of my little grandson, Logan Matthew. He was born on Valentines day 2000. He gave light to the lives of all he touched. He died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome just 3 weeks later. This book really lived up to it's title. My Companion Through Grief. I don't feel so alone anymore. This book has helped restore my faith in the overall plan of God.
