An excellent book with down to earth ideas for applications at work and in youth work. Has triggered many ideas for instilling loyalty to the organization especially forming a 'tribe' and motivating people towards a worthy cause. Exposes the mistakes made by leaders when leading people in organizations. In a world where leaders tend to use the short-cut method towards greatness in leadership, this is a companion book for leaders who want to move from good to great. The downside of this book is that you may sometimes have to read carefully to understand and grasp the ideas for implementation. Not a novel to read from front to end easily without pausing for insights.
