Complete with detailed regional maps and directions for each location, 'Washington Fishing' provides anglers with first-rate expert advice and all the necessary tools to head outdoors.
Certainly not intended to be a comprehensive review of all fishing environs, this text provides a nice starting point for exploration. It's well worth purchasing, if for no other reason, for his description of fishing the Chehalis and the perils (?) of negotiating private property.

This fishing guide is good. It provides a lot of details needed to fish fresh and saltwater. No guidebook can cover every body of water in equally great detail. But Rudnick covers the basics well for just about all the waters I fish. I use the book frequently to plan trips. It's been accurate so far. Some of the best ideas in my book, "How to catch salmon, sturgeon, lingcod, rockfish, & halibut along the pacific coast," came from Terry's contributions. I recommend his book.
