This books has chapters on Grammar, Vocab, Listening, Speaking, Reading, Wrtiting, and Culture. The examples are given in French, Spanish or German. There are NO translations into English. It was published in 1972 so some of the technology examples (records, dittos)need to be updated but the activities will still work. There are many drill ideas in the book. Some involve cards like the true/false cards that are held up but instead for singular or plural or in Spanish words like cosecho and cosecho with an accent mark. Another involves holding up cards for masc. and fem. Page 103 has line drawings to use to teach subject pronouns which I think would make it much easier for students to understand. I only wish I'd found this book for that earlier in the fall. There are multiple ideas for worksheets on gender and subject verb matching The biggest drawback to the book is lack of English with the examples. That was solved in the book, Classroom Techniques Foreign Languages and English as a Second Language. That book is almost the same.
