Refreshing. Uplifting. Amazing. Heart-warming. Unique. These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I try to describe this book. I have never written a review here before, but I simply had to rave about "Meditations for Cat Lovers." Many first-rate devotionals are inspiring and bring a tear to the eye, but a page-turner? I couldn't put it down! In fact, it is a gripping story about a woman's inner struggles as she moves through a year of her life, and how her cat taught her some valuable lessons. Lessons I am so glad that Ms. Hansen-Doying has shared with the rest of us. I read it cover-to-cover in three days. Now I guess I will have to read it again the proper way. I will be giving this wonderful little book to all of my loved ones this Christmas, and you should, too!

I am so impressed -- not only the content, but the design and the appearance of the book. Its beautiful. I plan to get them for my girls for Christmas. I sat there reading and could hardly read because of the tears. It is beautifully written and I really think you did a marvelous job - the best yet.
