This textbook offers a wide-range of contemporary and relevant information with regards to "Innovation" in the 21st century. We in the Caribbean (Arthur Lok Jack - Graduate School of Business) have found this book as an excellent resource that generates many discussion and insight. Personally, I would recommend this text -- it cites many examples, case-studies and further readings that complement the Management of Innovation that businesses (all sizes) need to embrace.

Used this book for the 'Managing Processes and Products' course on my MBA. Found it quite interesting and illuminating with plenty of examples to bring the subject to life. Would definitely recommend it.
