Still great Italian resource after 24 years

My husband bought this cookbook 25 yrs ago -- and we're still cooking with these recipes. The ingredients are easy to get, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the results are excellent. Many of our family's favorites come from this book -- even though we're definitely not Italian. Now that our daughter is cooking on her own, we've ordered a copy for her to use in her own kitchen. The recipes are grouped as meals (salad, main course, side dishes, desert) which is very helpful for those looking for complete inspiration, but we often mix and match from different pages.
