Comprehensive Guide

This is a very handy book for a do it yourself type person or someone who is looking to better understand the building process for communicating with contractors. There are many pictures, graphs and measured diagrams. Making it an easy read with comprehensive illustrations to support the written content. I really appreciate the "you can do it" aditude of this book. Where many books of this nature urge the reader to hire a professional, this book shows you that you can do a lot more than you may think you can. There are certainly specialty trades that need the attention of a professional, but a guide like this one will show you the how to and why of it all. I highly recommend this book if you are considering building a pole building!

I thought this was a great book, I picked this up at the library and this was a wonderful read from front to back. PROS: 1. Learn how to build at a low cost. 2. Provide shelter/housing one weekend at a time. CONS: N/A I also purchased a real estate book on how to get land cheaply: Investing Without Losing (ISBN: 0978834607 NOT on amazn, on other stores)
