Finally, a book on weight loss that isn't about mixing together forty different ingrediants in order to eat one meal! I have read many other books that simply don't have the information that this one does. It's written by a stress coach who has, herself, battled the buldge. In addition to that, the book is also funny and an easy read. I really got a lot out of the eight secrets to weight loss and they all made good sense to me. Mostly, this is good old common sense that always seems to go out the window whenever dieting is brought into the mix. Overall, this is a great read and motivational to anyone wanting to shed excess weight and who has decided to take a lighter, more humorous approach to it. So, I'd definitely suggest this to anyone.
