As Georges is in town helping Lise the young teacher at the orphanage, rumors begin to circulate in school that he now has a girlfriend. This serves tofurther alienate Robert -- who is still guilt-ridden over the death of theone he loved -- causing him to once again become aloof. Meanwhile, newpriest Father Louis arrives at school as a temporary replacement. errg, every time i turmed the page, i was expecting some hot loving or at least a glomp, but nooooooo, it was innocent. but dont get me wrong, it is a good story. the proportions are a little off sometimes and that irked me, but it was ok.

Georges is kind, sweet and friendly but he hides a painful past that he believes could destroy him. Robert is a trouble maker who is stuck in the memory of an awful accident took away the girl he loved. He is shocked to discover that classmate Georges looks exactly like her. The plot follows how the two main characters interact and how it results in life changing experiences for both of them. Robert pushes Georges into becoming a stronger independent man and Georges forces Robert to open his cold heart to friendship.
