Good general book, useful to anthropologists and psychologis

Peter Worsley's book will be useful to anyone interested in the anthropology of traditional knowledge. It is a good general introduction to the area--heavily based, however, on British social anthropology, with minimal references to the American cognitive and ethnobiological schools or to psychology.
