Brianna Mayfield has proudly taken over the reins at her father's company, but times are tough and without a loan from the Banks Corporation the family business will crumble. Jacob Banks has no interest in running the Banks Corporation, but he has no problem spending the family money. When his uncle's will is read, he learns that he will get nothing unless he marries the eldest Mayfield daughter - the feisty Brianna. Jacob and Brianna agree to get married - and while it's purely a business arrangement, lies, deceit and intrigue force them to learn to truly love each other.
I've read all of Ms. Goss' novels and to date His Invisible Wife is her best. The story was was so entertaining and the reading so easy that I finished the book in 1 day. It was refreshing to read a novel that had drama, humor, and romance that did not contain profanity and graphic, erotic sex! If you want an excellent read you won't be disappointed with His Invisible Wife.

I loved this book - His Invisbile Wife- Ms. Goss' writing captures you and locks you in and you don't want to put the book down. I loved Jake, he is one of a kind; Brianna, you gotta love her sassiness and confidence. I also liked how she brought Byron and Nikki back into the picture. Thanks for a great read!
What's Sweeter Than Revenge?!!

Ms. Goss has created a fun, heartwarming and HIGHLY entertaining tale with "His Invisible Wife"...I was CAUGHT UP from the beginning...Brianna Mayfield is DEFINITELY a handful...and Jake Banks is an AMAZING man, who will CAPTURE your heart as he attempts to woo Brianna despite her "Dr. Jekyll and Mrs. Hyde" personality...I found the full cast of characters LIVELY and memorable...and the very subtle intimate scenes are quite REFRESHING...the UNEXPECTED twists and turns will keep you turning the pages and also give you an opportunity to catch up on what's been going on with Byron and Nikki Matthews from "My Invisible Husband"...it would be nice (hint, hint) if Ms. Goss could give us a follow-up story about some of the secondary cast of characters (Bradford, Trent and Tosha)...this is a CHARMING romantic treat.
Great Page Turner

I loved this story. It grabbed me from the first page and I wasn't able to put it down until I finished. Although there was drama it didn't drag on forever. This is a definite page turner. Jake was the most appealing hero I have read about in a long time. He wasn't a bully and didn't argue, with Brianna when she was in Dr. Jekyll/Mrs. Hyde mode. Brianna was likable even though she is seeking revenge when the story starts. You quickly discover that her revenge tactics are out of character for her. Jack (Jake's deceased uncle) appeared to be a heartless jerk at the beginning of the story, however you soon find out he is dealing with his own heartburn. I really enjoyed this book and recommend it to other readers, you will not be disappointed.
Women's Fiction at its best.

His Invisible Wife takes a fun topic and builds it into a great romance. From Shelia Goss, who is quickly becoming what I consider to be the queen of woman's fiction and cozy reading, I would expect nothing less than this charming read. All of her books are written with `readability' in mind. The main character seeking vengeance finds love instead. The secondary main character seeking money one dimensional monetary advancement finds love instead...although that seems simple that's what Fiction is...however, its the way Ms. Goss carries that 'simple' storyline one step further that makes her reading enjoyable. Pick up all her books if you really want to know what good cozy reading is all about.
