One really really really excellent chapter

Worth the purchase for pages 101-124, ironically (?) written by the editor (and Kate). I'm going to cut out and gift that chapter with a staple and use an exacto knife and a lot of glue, to make a safe box with a hidden compartment. I'm not kidding. I read this short chapter to my girlfriend who lives 10 hours away and she kept laughing. I'm picky about humor. Mean humor is not funny in my book. Now.
