In "Great Aunt Martha," Rebecca Jones has created a valuable picture book. It tells of a young girl, who is being visited by a great aunt. As a new great aunt, I was curious to read the book. I think that the image of Great Aunt Martha is the image of current great aunts, not the ones of forty years ago. In an era when stereotypes are being broken, the book deals with them effectively.
