I'm not a technical person. So for me is very important that I understand how the gadgets work - video cameras, photo cameras, printers, ect. "Going Digital" is THE book I found to be a perfect match for my needs. It's very entertaining and very family oriented, even my mom read it. What I also like about this book is that it has real people stories about using digital cameras at home, on vacation. Reference Guide is very helpful with all the Expert Stores addresses and phone numbers in the US and around the world. Thank you Alex for writing this great book. I'm sure many-many readers will benefit from reading it.

Going Digital is a great resource for digital camera users. This is an excellent, easy-to-follow book that shares how-to's on many of the common obstacles digital camera users face when trying to capture their memories (and do something with them other than store them on their hard drive ..sheepish grin :) I found the book geared a tad towards the novice to intermediate user though even advanced users will pick up helpful, often timesaving tips. What I really liked about this book was its organization. It allowed me to go directly to my topics of interest plus it has a very handy index in the back for specific references. Thank you Alex Goldfayn. After reading your book in one night, I think I am ready to get started!
