An extremely enlightening book, which analyses exactly what it is that makes the high technology companies the ones to watch. It manages to identify key cultural themes that run through the most successful companies and draws some facinating conclusions about what it takes for companies to succeed on a grand scale.It is easy to read and the end of chapter summaries help to reinforce the key messages. Certainly the best culture change book that I have read this year.
