I have read so many of the romance books that it's hard to keep them straight. Even though I read this book awhile ago I do remember it. I won't go into the summary of it because the other reviewer does. This book was great and is one of the reasons I kept reading novels by Jessica Steele. You will love: the dialogue between the hero and heroine, the funny things she and her friends do to antagonise the hero and above all this hero is not the typical business-man but rather a science guy. Pick up the book you will enjoy it.

Jancis Langfield is afraid of Love and life, because of the divorce her parents went through. But she was easly swayed by her friend Sophie.Thorp Kingman didn't believe she was as innocent as she seemed, but he believes Sophie is innocent, when he can see the difference, but he can't because he doesn't want to.He is attracted to Jancis and he wants her to be hard, and a loose woman, but the more he learns about her the more he finds the young girl he spanked (when he should have punished all the kids, Thorp only punished Jancis for wreaking his new car) her, she hasn't changed much, or matured much since then. But she is sweet and untouched. This book would have been better if Jancis was a little more mature.
