Nancy absolutely adores stars. She loves how they sparkle in the sky, and she can even name the constellations. Nancy can hardly wait for her class visit to the planetarium! Young readers will delight in this newest addition to the Fancy Nancy I Can Read series, sharing in Nancy's anticipation and disappointment when the trip doesn't go as planned. But with her trademark panache, Nancy manages to make even this frustrating situation fun -- and, of course, fancy.
We are fancy nancy lovers and this is another cute little book that is a great I can read addition.
One of My Favorite Fancy Nancy Titles

With a young daughter named Nancy, I never pass up a chance to get the newest Fancy Nancy books. Fortunately, the Ms. O'Connor has produced a series of wonderfully fun books that both my daughter and I enjoy. Of course, even the best books vary in quality. Luckily, this is one of my favorites. Some of that may come from the fact that I got poison ivy every single year when I was a kid. And it was not because I wasn't knowledgeable about it. I'm just very sensitive to it. So, I can sympathize with what Nancy goes through here. And I do appreciate the lesson it teaches. Especially since I like to take my kids camping. My Nancy will appreciate this one a lot someday, I think.

Fancy Nancy: Poison Ivy Expert (I Can Read Book 1)

Another wonderful Fancy Nancy story for beginner readers or listeners. Like the "Curious George" series or many other series books, Fancy Nancy fans will enjoy this story about poison ivy. Like the "Magic Tree House" series, this one includes some pointers on identifying poison ivy --- great information to know for children and adults. Five Star Rating!
definitely recommend this one

I would definitely recommend this series. Beautifully drawn illustrations that truely capture the eye. My son even ejoys seeing what Nancy gets herself into. Not stifling for a beginning reader, yet challenging and engaging enough to keep your little one interested. And excellent for building vocabulary. Especially good for those moms who are looking to find "a series" that your daughter may actually like to read and find interesting, as well as funny.
