quick recipes, creative, easy to fix, almost all are delicious. I'm here today ordering it (once again) as a wedding gift. One of the very best cookbooks on my shelf, and one I highly recommend.
Great for those at a loss with meal planning!

This cookbook is a great resource. Most of the recipes I've tested are very flavorful and simple to prepare. The author seems to be fairly health conscious in the selections she put in this book. I also liked how the entire meal is planned for you and the author gives good tips on how to cut time in the kitchen.
Best Cookbook EVER

By far, the easiest cookbook I have ever used. Instead of individual recipes, it outlines entire meals, complete with shopping lists and order-of-preparation instructions. Every meal is fantastic, but I especially recommend the Chicken Papaya with Jamaican Beans & Rice. A MUST for all first time cooks and an invigorating boost for seasoned chefs.
