Life Changing!

My Mom bought this book 40 years ago and I borrowed it. It truly blew me away. Unfortunately I lost it and have tried for years to find it. Glad to have found it here and looking forward to reading it again now that I have changed my eating habits. I highly recommended this book for people who are into “eating to live”! Things he wrote about in this book were unheard of at the time he wrote it but now there is a great amount of information on fasting, veganism, plant-based diet and juicing.

A Classic & Wonderful Intro to Eating Well!

First bought this book almost 40 years ago, when I first became a vegetarian. I've always loved Dick Gregory, and this tome is a quick & fun read, packed with good advice, and great to give to anyone contemplating a more healthful change in their life! Not much else to say, except I highly recommend it....
