Clear and easy to understand project filled book

There are many brightly lit, color photographs in this book from essential tools to step by step instructions featuring projects I'd actually like to try myself. No to little prior knowledge of decorative sewing is required so this book is good for the beginner. However, as I'm an experienced sewer, I also found a lot of ideas in this book useful. The Ideas Gallery pages are good jumping off points for inspiration to try other projects using the techniques discussed. At 160 pages, this book has enough ideas for the beginner to get motivated and investigate other books that discuss advanced decorative sewing techniques.
