This is where the politics and romatosexual tension collide. It seams that Mina has more vampire enemies. And the old Japanese regime is quite the nuance. But all the princess wants is to go to school and be a kid for a minute. But when Mina really gets worked up, only a proper monster mash will get her back down. Akira has his work cut out for him.

I ordered this series on a whim and have been very happy so far. I have volumns 1,2, & 3. I find the plot well writen and enjoy the art work.

This time out the action mostly moves to a school setting and introduces a lot of new characters (most of whom are quickly turned into vampires and/or killed). Despite that I don't really think its a horror story. There is lots of political manuevering and intrigue as factions within the fledgling vampire nation try to gain favor with or power over their ruler Ms Tepis.
